We're hiring an Executive Assistant who is energetic, people-focused, and brings a genuine “human sunshine” presence to everything they do.

You’ll be supporting our People Operations Team , and will be the first impression many candidates have of Remodel Boom. Your role is to create a professional, warm, and highly organized candidate experience while managing structured hiring pipelines behind the scenes.

This role blends recruiting, HR support, and strong administration. It requires someone who is confident on video calls, highly organized, and comfortable working within systems and processes.
