About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable, business-oriented Executive Personal Assistant & Project Coordinator to support the General Manager of the Gulf+ organization.
This role is designed for a candidate with strong project management capabilities, executive maturity and the ability to operate confidently with Leadership Team (LT) members and senior regional stakeholders. The position requires a combination of strategic coordination, executive communication, presentation development and operational follow-through.
The ideal candidate is not only highly organized, but also able to anticipate needs, manage complex priorities and contribute to the execution of key business initiatives in a dynamic multinational environment.
