Arranges, schedules appointments and/ or meetings, drafts response letters, faxes, memos, emails, and other correspondence for the Executive Office.
Follows-through instructions or directives cascaded down to the Executive Committee members and the department heads.
Records and circulates in a timely manner copies of the minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting to all committee members; and does the same for other official meetings. Knowledgeable and with at least 5 years of experience in secretarial and administrative support
Extensive knowledge in Hotel operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
