About the Role
What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate and arrange domestic and international travel including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, screening calls, emails, and visitors, and directing them appropriately.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed for executive decision‑making.
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
