Title: Executive, Asset Management Job ID: 21104 Location: Aero - 600 West Camp Road, SG Description Jobscope includes but not limited to the following: Understand/conduct RFQ process and tabulation of quotations; Understand Waiver of Competition (WOC) guidelines and when to apply; Generate PO from Requisition and send POs to vendors and followup on order acknowledgements; Track components deliveries and followup on GR (Goods Receipt); Resolve discrepancies with orders/invoices/components defects and handle returns (RMA) where applicable; Induct new vendors into Approved Vendor List (AVL); Handle vendor renewal issues or vendors' company information change requests; Generate monthly POs for lease fees, pool fees or consignment fees; support new 'Power-by-the-hour' program pursuits by conducting initial provisioning (IP) runs and recommend the list of components for IP and advise relevant costs; perform rotables spares planning and optimization based on goal to support up to X number of...
