About the Role
Executive, Application Support
Responsibilities:
This is mainly an external customer facing role which requires a combination of functional and technical skills to manage enquiries on trading applications. You will also liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure customer requests are addressed in an effective and timely manner, whilst keeping clients abreast on the status of their requests. Effective communication skills with an agile mindset is essential to perform efficiently in this role. You are expected to manage trading applications and related business processes to deliver excellent support for clients. On the job training will be provided.
