About the Role
- Responsible for all phase of operations of the department to ensure efficient services at minimum cost.
- Responsible for the well conduct of the day-to-day operations i.e build-up transfers and document processing.
- Responsible for cost control in all areas of department activities.
- Evaluate performance of subordinates.
- To develop staff knowledge in their day to day operations.
- A review of methods to find out better ways and bring about work simplifications .
- Attention to quality standards of output.
- Other special duties as may be assigned by superior.
