IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Be responsible for managing field operations of Access MSAGs, including ZTE, Huawei, and Nokia platforms, while ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of the access network. Responsibilities include handling PSTN, DSL, IPTV, and fault management (FF) issues within the respective domain, resolving GPON-related issues, and continuously monitoring and improving GPON Customer Handling Index (CHI) performance. The role also involves managing the operation and maintenance of power infrastructure, including power plants, diesel generator (PDG) sets, rectifiers, batteries, transformers, and AC/DC earthing systems, while ensuring uninterrupted commercial power and PDG backup supply for outdoor MSAG sites.
