Conducting patent Search & technical analysis of Prior arts to decide FTO/ Infringement/ Patentability/ Invalidity: Shall demonstrate Strong patent searching skills through requisite technical knowledge to provide useful technical insights/ opinions. Drafting of patent applications (provisional/ Complete), Formulation of claims to protect the inventions in an effective manner. Coordinating with R&D design Team members and internal stakeholders to stimulate patent filing & innovation and to collect necessary technical details and information. Prosecution of Patent Applications (India/ International): Preparing detail technical response for objections raised in examination reports. Support in IP enforcement, Opposition matters and Litigation cases.
