About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of events, from pre-event setup to post-event breakdown
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth event execution and timely delivery of services
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand event requirements and objectives
- Manage event logistics including catering, audiovisual equipment, seating arrangements, and transportation
- Handle registration processes, guest lists, and on-site coordination to ensure a seamless attendee experience
- Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure events are delivered within allocated limits
- Gather post-event feedback from clients and attendees to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement
