Job Description
The Sales & Events Executive is responsible for driving revenue through proactive sales, business development, event planning, and exceptional client relationship management. This role oversees the entire event journey from enquiry to post-event follow-up while working closely with Operations and Kitchen teams to deliver memorable guest experiences and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development- Generate new business through corporate clients, wedding planners, event agencies, schools, government organisations, and social events.
- Manage all inbound sales enquiries via email, phone, social media, and walk‑ins.
- Conduct venue site visits for prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts and event orders accurately and promptly.
- Negotiate pricing within approved company guidelines.
