About the Role

Reporting to the Associate Director of Communications and Digital Engagement, you will leverage your expertise in event planning and coordination. You’ll work with students, educators, and alumni to design events that align with the Smith Engineering brand. This role requires some flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel for impactful conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate high-profile conferences and events
• Review and approve contracts up to $10,000
