About the Role
- Plans, coordinates, and executes events such as corporate functions, weddings, and trade shows by managing all aspects from budgeting and venue selection to logistics, marketing, and on-site management.
- Develop event concepts, define objectives, and create event schedules.
- Manage and maintain event budgets, including tracking expenses and negotiating with vendors.
- Select and secure venues and coordinate with all necessary vendors, such as caterers, decorators, and entertainment.
