About the Role
Talasha has been mandated to hire a F&B Events & Catering Manager for a newly established catering business. This gourmet foods brand has been in the industry since 2018 and is expanding into outdoor catering.
Responsibilities
- Set up the outdoor catering vertical for the bran
- dClient POC - Be the face of the brand in all client interactions from securing the event catering to crisis management to guest relation
- sVendor Management - Select, negotiate with and on board suitable vendors for all the requirements of catering - crockery, cutlery,food ingredients, staff uniform, et
