At our headquarters in Munich, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team and support the execution of international trade fairs, conferences, and events. With your hands-on mindset and passion for logistics and coordination, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality event experiences worldwide. You will be part of a dedicated team managing approx. 40 events per year globally, ensuring that all technical equipment, booth infrastructure, and robot demonstrations are prepared, transported, and executed smoothly.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate logistics for international events and trade fairs
- Organize transportation of robot systems, booth infrastructure, and marketing materials
- Prepare and manage packing lists (100–200 items), including serial numbers and country of origin
