About the Role
5 day work week, 10am to 5pm (Office & WFH)
We are looking for someone energetic, eye for details, enjoys creative work, someone who can supports in the planning and execution of the project plans.
- Assisting Project Managers in coordinating B2B events from start to end
- Come up with creative ideas to enhance the event experiences
- Assist to prepare budgets and ensure adherence
- Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, venues/hotels
- Running onsite events together with the project teams
- Assisting in client servicing/ managing strategic accounts
