We're looking for a highly creative Event Conceptualizer & Ideator with 3–15 years of experience in the events and experiential marketing industry.

What We're Looking For:

✨ Proven experience in ideating and conceptualizing events from scratch

✨ Ability to develop unique event themes, concepts, engagement ideas, and experience journeys

✨ Strong storytelling and presentation skills for pitch decks and client proposals

✨ Experience working on corporate, brand and experiential events

✨ Understanding of event trends, audience engagement and innovative event formats

✨ Ability to collaborate with design, production and client servicing teams to bring concepts to life
