We are representing our client, a local church organisation to look for an experienced pastor to lead and develop an overall plan and strategy for the Church's missional discipleship identity that is in line with the Church's mission, vision and core values. Responsibilities Lead and manage church-wide local/overseas missional outreach and evangelism efforts and activities. Design, plan and implement an administrative system for engaging and following up with contacts and newcomers. Advisory and ministry support for the work in the missions field including training and equipping of ministry workers in the field Building and maintaining relationships with overseas missionaries Engaging, mobilizing and equipping of the members to be involved in missions work Oversees key church-wide evangelistic events that include methods to mobilize members to invite the seekers and unsaved.
