About the Role
Duration: 3 months (Extendable to 1 year)
Location: City Hall
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities Application Review- Review submitted applications to ensure all required information is provided.
- Check applications against eligibility requirements.
- Follow up with applicants or internal teams for clarifications where needed.
- Update and maintain application records and statuses.
- Manage application tracking, data entry, and document filing.
- Assist in preparing basic reports and summaries on application results.
- Support improvements to make application workflows more efficient.
- Respond to enquiries from applicants regarding application requirements and timelines.
