About the Role
Duration: Permanent
Salary: ~$79K annually + OT (equivalent to ~$35–$38/hr base)
Location: Field-based (home dispatch); territory covering ~3-hour radius
Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flex based on dispatch); overtime as needed
Relocation: Local candidates preferred (home-based territory model)
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in electrical, EV, or related field service
- Strong high-voltage electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Commercial or industrial electrical background (non-telecom)
- Experience working independently in the field with minimal supervision
- Customer-facing experience with strong professionalism and communication
- Ability to travel frequently (50%–75%), including driving and occasional overnight stays
