Our Client is seeking an EV Customer Support Coordinator to work remotely within the Surrey area.. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining effective communication between our clients and the company. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The Customer Support Co-ordinator will be responsible for effective communication with customers and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Ensure all EV customers - both commercial and domestic are managed from initial enquiry through to installation in a seamless and efficient way which enables growth and scale, ensuring queries are answered in a timely manner.
