EUC & Windows Desktop Support Engineer

AECOM SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is looking for an L2 IT Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support and field services. You'll be responsible for Windows OS installation, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing assets. The role includes coordinating with vendors and ensuring smooth operations for end-user computing environments.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of field services experience and be familiar with asset management processes. Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are preferred.
