We are partnering with a leading global financial markets infrastructure organization to hire an EUC Specialist / IT Operations Engineer in Singapore. This role will provide onsite and remote end-user technology support across the APAC region, covering enterprise systems, endpoint devices, collaboration tools, virtual desktop environments, and user access management within a global support model. Responsibilities
Provide onsite and remote end-user support for hardware, software, endpoint devices, and enterprise IT systems Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Linux, Office 365, remote access tools, printers, mobile devices, and video conferencing systems Support Active Directory, Entra ID, virtual desktop environments, software deployment, patching, and access management Manage ITSM / Jira ticket queues, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain accurate documentation of incidents and requests Handle user onboarding, hardware provisioning, asset tracking, and hardware break/fix support...
