Estimator - MEP (Infrastructure Projects)

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented MEP Estimator with a minimum of 5+ years of experience to join our tender & estimation team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must possess deep technical knowledge of Electromechanical works and a proven track record within the UAE construction market.You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use towers, ensuring compliance with local utility authorities' regulations (e.g., DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, FEWA) and the specific consultant specifications.Tender Management & Cost Planning:1) Review tender documents (BOQ, Drawings, Specifications) and identify scope gaps, risks, and ambiguities.2) Prepare an accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for all MEP disciplines: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and BMS etcs.3) Develop comprehensive MEP works cost estimates for construction projects of varying sizes and complexities.4) Conduct site visits to assess logistical...
