Fletcher Construction is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Major Projects team based in Auckland. About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced contractor-side Estimator to play a key role in securing complex, high-value civil and infrastructure projects. You’ll be part of the team shaping the first-principles pricing strategy for some of New Zealand’s most challenging major projects working closely with engineering, construction, planning and commercial specialists from early tender through to final submission.In this role you will:

Lead the preparation of detailed first-principles cost estimates for large-scale civil infrastructure tenders

Analyse construction methodologies, staging, and programme options to produce competitive and buildable pricing solutions

Manage subcontractor procurement, scopes, and comparisons for major work packages
