Responsibilities

• Review tender documents including drawings, specifications, addendums, RFIs, and SIs.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and determine material requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain material quotations for project pricing.
• Prepare project material and labor cost estimates.
• Create bid packages and tender pricing submissions based on client specifications.

Qualifications (Non‑negotiables)

• Proficient in blueprint reading and performing quantity take-offs.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows 11.
• Prior experience performing take-offs and working with construction teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High mathematical and technical aptitude with strong attention to detail.
