ROLE:
Join a high performing Estimating team responsible for successfully winning tenders for delivery team on Office, Retail, Aged Care, Education Fitout and Refurbishment projects up to $15M

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and assist takeoffs and cost estimates
- Collect BOQ's and prepare cost analysis for project
- Prepare and submit tenders for multiple projects simultaneously
- Liaise with all relevant stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors
- Attend and prepare tender meetings
- Develop budgets and monitor project costs
EXPERIENCE:
- 4-6 Years Estimating experience
- Fitout experience essential
