Job Responsibilities
- Lead R&D activities on ESD and electrostatic charge control, including: investigating control strategies to reduce micro contamination and foreign matter on devices; designing and executing DOEs across multiple tools with installed sensors for data acquisition; analysing results to define optimal process parameters; and deploying sensor based monitoring on equipment to support ESD risk assessment
- To strengthen the Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) awareness and knowledge within Back-End Manufacturing and Technology (BEMT) Sites and Electrical Wafer Sorting (EWS) by developing & conveying training material to the various levels of Operators, Technicians & Engineers
- Assist ESD coordinators within the community in BEMT and EWS in the equipment validation/qualification and provide technical support in ESD problem solving
