Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with 10+ years of overall HCM experience and strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications. The candidate should have experience in end-to-end implementation, support, enhancement, and optimization initiatives while collaborating with business stakeholders.
Functional Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support projects.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business needs.
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend best practices.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents, Solution Design Documents, and configuration workbooks.
