Federal Government of Canada Security Clearance at Reliability level Bachelors Degree Additional Qualifications Criteria
2–3 years of experience in consulting, HR operations, or HR systems support. Familiarity with or exposure to SaaS HCM platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud). Understanding of core HR processes such as employee lifecycle, time, payroll, or talent management. Other Essential Skills and Abilities
Project Support: Provide assistance with planning and carrying out HCM SaaS implementation tasks across both functional and technical teams.
