ERP Associate

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our ERP team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in ERP systems and business process automation. Selected candidates will receive hands-on training and practical exposure to ERP implementations, business workflows, and system support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in ERP system implementation, configuration, and ongoing support activities
• Analyze, understand, and document business processes and user requirements
• Provide first-level support to end-users, including basic ERP troubleshooting
• Support data entry, validation, and reporting within the ERP system
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams for system enhancements and improvements
• Participate in training programs and continuous learning initiatives
