About the Role
**Equipment Operator - Timberlane Landfill**
**Location:** Oakdale, LA
**Pay:** $21-24/hour (based on experience), **weekly pay**
**Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM + Occasional Weekends
We're looking for a skilled Equipment Operator to join our landfill team in Oakdale, LA. If you've got 3+ years of experience on a **dozer** _and_ **compactor** and take pride in keeping a site safe, clean, and running smooth - we want to hear from you.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Operate heavy equipment, including dozers and compactors
+ Compact waste efficiently and safely
+ Transport dirt and other materials as needed
+ Act as a spotter to support safe on-site operations
+ Perform daily checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance on equipment
+ Help maintain a clean, safe and compliant facility
+ Work outdoors in all types of weather, rain or shine
