Epic Analyst
Location: Guadalajara OR Monterry Mexico (Onsite)
Industry: Healthcare IT
Required Skills & Expertise
Certifications: Active Epic Care Ambulatory or Cadence/Referrals certification
Core Build: Expert-level experience in workflow design, validation, and complex build
Issue Resolution: Proven ability to manage high-volume ticket queues and provide on-call support
Technical Tools: Proficiency with Data Courier, My Chart, and Community Connect
Specialized Workflows: Experience with Dental, Telehealth, or COVID clinic builds.
Optimization: Strong background in enhancing In Basket build, e-prescribing (Sure Scripts), and Haiku/Canto/Rover setups.
Leadership: Experience mentoring junior analysts and leading stakeholder design sessions.
