Environmental Coordinator – Maternity Leave Contract
Application deadline: June 15, 2026Millar Western Forest Products is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Environmental Coordinator to join our team at the Slave Lake Pulp Mill. This is an 18-month maternity leave opportunity.
In this role, you will provide hands-on coordination and technical support for environmental programs, regulatory compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with operations, maintenance, engineering teams, contractors, and external stakeholders, you will support environmental monitoring and reporting programs, coordinate contractors, manage trial and chemical initiatives, participate in audits, and conduct data analysis related to the effluent treatment system and Bio-Energy Plant.
