About the Role
We are looking for an Entry-Level Reliability Test Technician to support reliability testing and validation in a lab environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates looking to grow their experience working with hardware systems and test processes.
Responsibilities
+ Execute reliability test plans and validation procedures
+ Set up and operate environmental test equipment (thermal, shock, vibration)
+ Assemble and disassemble hardware using basic tools
+ Collect and document test data and results
+ Maintain accurate documentation using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
+ Manage lab inventory, including test units, tools, and consumables
+ Follow established safety protocols and lab procedures
Requirements
+ Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
