Enterprise Transformation Lead - Control Tower & Systems

This is a senior, hands‑on role responsible for leading enterprise transformation from AS‑IS assessment through TO‑BE design and measurable execution. It is not a purely advisory or documentation‑only position. You will work closely with executive leadership, business heads, IT, GRC, and vendors to ensure every approved change is governed, tracked in Jira, and visible through verified KPIs and dashboards.

A large, diversified real estate development group based in Dubai, undertaking a group‑wide enterprise transformation. The organisation is focused on governance, execution discipline, and executive‑level performance visibility.

• Lead enterprise transformation programmes with clear roadmaps, ownership, and governance.
• Translate strategy, workshops, and executive decisions into executable Jira initiatives.
• Own business analysis deliverables including BRDs, FRDs, RTMs, gap and impact analysis.
