Provide analytical and programming support for new applications and enhance existing custom, hosted, and packaged solutions. Perform day‑to‑day resolution of problems on complex systems across multiple platforms. Research complex issues and collaborate with business representatives to define design specifications and technical solutions. Present system solutions to clients both verbally and in documentation to secure consensus for enhancements and fixes.
