An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled consultant to join a leading organisation on a major HR and Payroll transformation journey. In this role, you will partner with national clients to understand their operational needs, designing and configuring systems to streamline HR processes, improve employee experiences, and achieve strategic people goals. This 12-month contract offers a hybrid working model based in Melbourne, allowing you to deliver high-impact solutions while managing end-to-end project deliverables and stakeholder expectations.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Certifications: Minimum certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

  • Project Experience: Successful completion of at least 3 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations.
