About the Role
Role: Enterprise Development Practitioner
Location: Limpopo - Musina
Salary: R400 000 - R420 000 per annum
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting entrepreneurs through one‑on‑one mentorship and coaching
- Assisting businesses with compliance and registrations such as CIPC, SARS, COIDA, and NHBRC
- Guiding small businesses with planning, operations, marketing, and financial management
- Facilitating training sessions and group workshops for entrepreneurs
- Assessing and processing loan applications in line with company procedures
- Analysing financial information including cash flow, affordability, repayment ability, and supporting documentation
- Monitoring business progress and maintaining accurate client records
- Supporting the operation and coordination of the mobile support unit
- Engaging with entrepreneurs within rural and designated communities
