• Participate in the improvement of the standards, process, methods & tools

Professional Experience

• Engineering Degree

• 9+ years of experience in the related métier in automotive engineering or relevant industries

Management & Competency

• Manage the team of engineers (yearly reviews, meetings, missions, objectives)

• Define targets for each of the team members after coordination with PTM and Department Manager

• Support the team to face issues and escalate when needed
