- Industry/ Organization Type: Hardware & Engineering (Thermoplastic)
- Position Title: Engineering Technician
- Working Location: Pioneer
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri: 8.00am - 5.00pm; Sat: 8.00am -12.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the building and ensure heating, lighting, and ventilation systems are functioning properly.
- Carry out general maintenance works such as painting, wall patching, plumbing repairs, air-conditioning servicing, and maintenance of electrical switches and fixtures.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance checks.
- Inspect and monitor building machinery and equipment regularly.
- Report any security or asset-related issues observed.
- Follow emergency response procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
