About the Role
The Engineering Supervisor ensures continuous and efficient operations of facilities, kitchen equipment, and machinery in Mary Grace stores(restaurants and kiosks) including waste water treatment facility, electrical, air-conditioning, among others. They lead a group of engineers, technicians, and specialists to execute appropriate preventive maintenance programs and repair activities.
Responsibilities
Manages a team of technicians (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, civil works, etc.) for the execution of repairs and maintenance works.
Manages a team of administrative coordinators to ensure that work permits and materials are complete for the smooth execution of repairs and maintenance works.
Develops, maintains, and implements monthly work plan activities for the Engineering Group.
