Engineering Supervisor Working Hours: 08:30-17:30, Monday to Friday Annual Salary: £60,000 Location: Southbank The Role: Reporting to the Residential Building Manager, the Engineering Supervisor leads the site-based engineers and hard-services contractors to ensure the operation, maintenance, and statutory compliance of all M&E and life-safety systems across the four residential buildings. The role owns day-to-day technical delivery (PPM, reactive works, certifications, records) and life-safety readiness, while partnering with the Front of House Manager and wider estate/commercial teams to minimise resident impact and maintain a premium environment. Material risks, service impacts, and budget variances are escalated to the Residential Building Manager the Operations Manager is engaged on high-risk or strategic items as directed by the Residential Building Manager.
