Software Engineering Student Internship

MDA Space, a global leader in space technology, is looking for a motivated and talented student to join our Software Engineering department at our Montreal office. This is a 4‑month internship, with a possible extension to 8 months, starting September 2026.

In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate with a team responsible for designing electronic flight and test systems. They will participate in software life cycle stages such as code verification and validation, integration, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Implement automation test software on Windows for satellite electronics testing.
• Write test cases from requirements.
• Work in an agile development environment.
• Participate in embedded development.
