Engineering Project Manager – Data Centre [EL]

Responsibilities
Oversee project management activities from design stage through construction to final handover Coordinate project planning, procurement, and subcontractor management Identify project risks including contractual, commercial, technical, and site-related matters and implement mitigation measures Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines Collaborate with internal teams such as Business Development, Tender, Cost Control, and Service departments Manage conceptual design, authority submissions, construction works, installation, and commissioning of M&E systems Liaise with consultants, data centre owners, and building management to ensure compliance with mission-critical facility requirements Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering At least 5 years of experience in construction management with contractors or consultants Experience in greenfield and brownfield projects including A&A and fit-out works PMP certification ...
