This individual will apply technical skills to set up, operate, and adjust high‑volume production equipment. The Engineering Process Technician is a key member of the Technical Operations Team and helps the Process Development Engineers focused on developing innovative processes, equipment, and tooling to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. What You’ll Do Execute equipment setup, operation, parameter optimization, and preventive maintenance across equipment in prototype, pilot, and production phases to meet defined safety, quality, throughput, and availability targets and diagnose process and equipment issues using data‑driven root cause analysis (RCA) methodologies; define, test, and implement corrective and preventive actions during production and engineering builds.
