Organon is hiring an Engineering PMO Lead to join our world‑class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland . The Engineering Project Management Office (PMO) is a well‑established function within the Engineering organisation, focused on strengthening project delivery capability and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and regulatory requirements. To further enhance this capability, we are seeking an Engineering PMO Lead to lead and continuously develop PMO operations, while providing strategic ownership of the site’s minor capital portfolio , typically comprising projects valued between $10,000 and $1 million. The annual value of this portfolio is $8.1 million.
