Job Title: Engineering Manager
Location: Walsingham, Norfolk, UK
Contract & Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 37.5 hours per week – Monday – Friday
Package includes: a starting salary from £60,000 per year, a performance related bonus scheme, a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and reward your impact, and a matched pension contribution of up to 10%.

You’ll lead engineering at our Walsingham site, improving reliability, ensuring compliance, and moving the team from reactive fixes to a more planned, preventative way of working. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll work closely with your team and site leaders to strengthen performance and shape the future of engineering.
