Engineering Manager

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES The Engineering Manager is responsible for the full spectrum of engineering functions, both strategically and operationally. Manage Engineering resources and monitoring KPI in alignment with CP's overall direction. Manage the maintenance of relevant Design, Analysis, and Product Data Management software to achieve high performance, innovative and competitive products.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Direct and coordinate activities of the Engineering Department to design and manufacture the products and systems. 2. Direct the department activities to modify product design and improve production techniques. 3. Confer with the management, production, and marketing team to determine the engineering feasibility, specs review, cost-effectiveness, and customer demand for new and existing products. 4.
