About The Role:

At Enfuce, we enable modern card issuing and payment processing for some of Europe's most innovative fintechs.

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to initially lead a high-performing team responsible for Card Processing, the most critical part of our core platform that ensures millions of transactions are processed securely and reliably every day.

You’ll lead and shape how we scale our systems, strengthen reliability, and grow the technical and human capabilities of your teams. This is a key leadership role at the heart of Enfuce's mission to deliver trusted, world-class financial infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• You will initially lead 6 direct reports consisting of Backend Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts, with the opportunity to expand your leadership scope to 2 teams in 12-24 months.
